The InnoDisk SATA 3ME3 is a MLC based 2,5" Flashdrive for price-sensitive applications in an embedeed environment., which needs a very good I/O performance. The concept with no DRAM buffer memory ensures the data integrity and improves - in correspondence with a page oriented firmware - the performance.
The 2,5" InnoDisk SATA 3ME3 is available with capacites starting from 8 to 512GB with MLC Flash Technology.
