The InnoDisk ATA 1SEFlash Drive is a robust and reliable IDE storage device with 2,5" format and a good performance. Designed as a hard disk alternative for applications with high demands on data integrity, availability and endurance in an embedded environment.
The SSD is equipped with high standard MLC Flash memory and all state of the art Flash Management functions. The InnoDisk ATA 1ME meets the ATA 7 standard and supports UDMA and PIO Transfer Modes.
The InnoDisk ATA 1SE is available with capacities starting at 4 up to 256GB as well as a MLC-based model
